1. Application and Features
1.1 Application
ZLSP R -Type flat die pellet mill, which is newly developed, is specially designed for biomass materials. It is suitable to process materials like sawdust, straw, husk, peanut shell, bagasse and alfalfa, etc.

1.2 Features
1.2.1 The gears of the gearbox are made of high quality alloy steel. After case-hardening, carburizing and grinding processes, the gears obtained advantages like smooth transmission, low noise, high bearing capacity, low temperature rise and long useful life.
1.2.2 The mainshaft has a heavy-duty thrust bearing which has a long useful life and can carry great axial force.
1.2.3 It applies long-diameter rollers, which makes the machine have a large output, high molding rate, uniform size and high density.
1.2.4 Both the roller and the flat die have passed wear-resistant process. The two side of the flat die is exchangeable, which extended the useful life of the machine.
1.2.5 In order to prevent dust and improve the working environment, all the bears applied leakproof structure. And this also extended the service life of the bearings.
1.2.6 Our pellet mills can produce 6-12mm pellets, you can choose according to your need.

ZLSP400B R-Type
ZLSP: model number of the flat die pellet mill which has passed CE authentication.
400: external diameter of the flat die
B: motive power of the electric motor
R-Type: indicates the pellet mill has a rotating Roller.

ZLSP300A R-Type
ZLSP: model number of the flat die pellet mill which has passed CE authentication.
300: external diameter of the flat die
A: the machine applies diesel engine to provide power.
R-Type: indicates the pellet mill has a rotating roller
