Sawdust Pellet Mill Line in Vietnam

The 4ton/h sawdust pellet mill line was shipped to Vietnam on Aug. 19^th, 2014. This sawdust pellet mill line was the second line for the same buyer, which includes screening machine, material separator, 3 sets of KMPM508 ring die pellet mill and pellet cooler.


This Vietnam customer ordered the first 4ton/h sawdust pellet mill line in 2012. After the equipments arrived at Vietnam, GEMCO engineers went there to guide them on installation. Our engineers also taught the production manager rich experience in sawdust pellets making, and accompany the customer to visit local raw material market. They even explained the characteristics of different wood species and different sizes of sawdust and wood shavings, and told the customer what best ratio plan for pellets production is.


The timely delivery of matching ring die with suitable compression ratio made the sawdust pellet line to operate and make full profit in the shortest time. Coincidentally, at the end of the trial production, a Korean pellet buyer came and visited this sawdust pellet factory. The pellet buyer was quite satisfied with the sawdust pellets and signed a pellet purchasing contract with our Vietnam customer.
Then after the 1st sawdust pellet line was established, we had received some pellets purchasing enquiries from South East Asia, which we had shared with the Vietnam customer.

With the expanding market demand of wood pellets and customer’s confidence to our equipments, the Vietnam customer expressed his wish of expanding production at the beginning of 2014 and finally signed the contract of 4ton/h sawdust pellet mill line in July. He even paid 100% L/C, and did not require us to guide them on installation. And of course in return we gave him some discount. All the equipments have arrived at the customer’s factory now.
