Flat die pellet press has a flat plate shape die. It is the key part in small pellet plant.
D-type: D-type refers to the die-rotating type pellet press, which means its die turns around actively while the roller is fixed into the pressing chamber and turns over the friction caused by raw material in the pressing chamber.
It is suitable for pressing soft wood species, including red pine, white pine, poplar, mongolica, fir, bamboo, etc.; also suitable for pressing agricultural waste like stalk, straw, etc. The capacity is 50-400kg/h.
R-type: R-type represents roller-rotating type pellet press, which means the roller turns around to press the biomass raw material while the flat die is fixed.
It is especially suitable hard wood, which include elm tree, oak, basswood, birch, cypress, maple, poplar, hickory, cherry, larch, etc. The capacity is 80-800kg/h. the ZLSP300B R-type and ZLSP400B R-type are component of mobile pellet plant.

Ring die wood pellet press

Ring die pellet press has a ring shape die plate. It is mainly used for commercial and industrial wood pellet production. The capacity is 500-2500kg/h. it can process soft wood and hard wood, also agricultural waste, especially excellent in making EFB, coconut shell pellets.
