Differences of these GEMCO wood pellet machines

1. Flat die pellet machine: it is the basic type of wood pellet mill, also the smallest one. It has smallest capacities, so it is widely used for homes, farms, small plants, etc. The flat die pellet machine is also the cheapest and easily maintained. But it can’t work ceaselessly. The flat die pellet machines have 4 power sources: electric motor, diesel engine, PTO (Power Taken Off), and gasoline engine. So it can be used wherever you want, no matter it is in the workshop or aside fields.
2. Ring die pellet machine: it is rather complicated than flat die pellet mill. It has higher capacities of 1-2ton per hour. It can only be powered by electricity. It can work continuously, and the pellets always have better appearance and longer size. But its price is the highest. So ring die pellet machine is always designed into complete pellet line for industrial production.
3. Mechanical stamping pellet machine: it has the highest pressure, and forming rate is rather higher. It can produce 8-30mm diameter pellets or 70mm diameter briquettes by changing the forming mold. Its capacity is 800-1200kg/h. But because the pellets made by this machine do not have regular length, this mechanical stamping pellet machine is not suitable to be used in large production.
