GEMCO Briquette Machine

The briquette machine is used to press the biomass materials like powdery sawdust, wood, bamboo waste, etc. into stick briquettes. There are 3 main types of briquette machine made by GEMCO now: screw briquette machine, mechanical stamping briquette machine and hydraulic briquette machine. All these three types of briquette machines can be used to add value to your waste biomass.

What are the differences among these 3 kinds of GEMCO briquette machines?

  1. Screw briquette machine: it has the lowest price one compared to other two types, but the maintenance cost is relatively high, since the screw extruder should be welded and the mold should be repaired almost every day. But if you want to make charcoal, it is your first choice.
  2. Mechanical stamping briquette machine: it has relatively high price, but easy to maintain. One mold can be used as long as 400 hours and also easy to replace. It can make various sizes of pellets and briquettes with one machine (only the mold is different). The mechanical stamping briquette machine is suitable for continuous production since it has large capacity and low energy consumption. When processing biomass, remember to keep raw material moisture content at 15%, and keep the length at less than 20mm, diameter be 3-5mm.
  3. Hydraulic briquette machine: it also has high price, but it is very clean. It can be used in neat circumstances. It does not have loud noise or smoke during production. But this hydraulic briquette machine has comparatively lower capacity than the above 2 models. So it is suitable for small scale production, such as used in small farms for recycling agro waste.

When choosing a briquette machine from GEMCO, you should take the following factors into consideration:

  1. What capacity do you need?
  2. What do you want to make biomass briquettes for?
  3. What are your raw materials?

If you keep these into mind, you will know which briquette machine to choose. You will also enjoy the value that GEMCO briquette machine brings you.
